Activity 2: iMoko

I do the following things to stay healthy and strong
1. Eat at least 2 fruits every day
2. Eat vegetables even if I don't like them
3. Drink plenty of water and 2 glasses of milk every day
4. I do physical activities like Kung Fu and also play outside
5. I do Zumba

    Congratulations on completing another activity! You sure have been busy. :)

    These are some great 'healthy living' tips. Drinking lots of water is particularly important during these hot summer months. Zumba's a great way to stay fit. And such fun as well! Are there special Zumba classes where you live or do you do it at home?
