Activity 1: A Long Walk to Freedom

Imagine that you are Mr. Mandela and you are in prison.
On your blog, write a diary entry pretending that you are Mr. Mandela. Please write at least four sentences to describe what it might be like in prison
See = I can see only a little amount of things.
Smell = I can't smell the fresh air
Hear = I can hear people crying
Taste = I can taste nothing at all.
Touch = I can touch the walls and bars stopping me from being free.

Activity 2: Swimming to Safety

 Yusra Mardini is a marvelous and competitive swimmer. She was born in Damascus, Syria. Her dad trained her and her older sister to swim. She was winning competitions everywhere. Swimming made her feel like she was in heaven, all of her problems flew away. Once her home was destroyed while the war was happening, she had to leave the country and she became a refugee in Germany. She was proud that she took part in the Olympics as a member of the refugee team and won in the 100-meter butterfly.

Because = I'm carrying their gens. They care about me and they fulfill all of my needs


3. Friends
Because = They are always there for me when I'm in a bad mood. They are always there to make me laugh when I'm sad. 


Activity 3: Own Choice

1. His name is Buddha.
2. He identified the causes of suffering.
3. He's idea helped people to live a peaceful life.
